Stretch and Tone
This class is done with candlelight and feel free to wear your most comfortable clothes. We will do self myofascial release by relieving tension on knotted areas by using stretch bands, softballs, the roller, etc.

Yoga
It’s a very beneficial form of exercise. While increasing balance, coordination, core and back strength, it is also is very beneficial in reducing stress, helping the digestive system, eyesight and sleep.

Power Flex
All over body work out incorporating strength training as well as power and agility.

Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of many different cultural dances. It is a lot of fun and easy to do! The music and fun movements will distract you and before you know it, you have got it.

Zumba Express
A fun, fast paced workout that will take you through different drills that is sure to give you the best of both worlds (aerobic and anaerobic training). BRING A WATER AND TOWEL.

Cycling
A fun, fast paced workout that will take you through different drills that is sure to give you the best of both worlds (aerobic and anaerobic training). BRING A WATER AND TOWEL.

Cycle Circuit
Cycle Circuit is a class where you begin on a stationary bike and then we take you onto the floor for various types of exercises from step and weights to medicine balls, to weighted bars and more.

Express Cylcing
A fun, fast paced workout that will take you through different drills that is sure to give you the best of both worlds (aerobic and anaerobic training). BRING A WATER AND TOWEL.

Boot Camp
A class in where metabolic training takes place. Whole bodyworkout using jumpropes, resits a ball, freeweights etc, bands etc.

Abs and Glutes
An intense workout focusing on the abdominal and gluteal muscles. As well as the upper, lower, mid and obliques.
