We have a full service facility that provides hair services as well as facials, make-up, styles and image consulting. In the fitness area, we provide personal training, boot camp, group fitness classes and circuit training, body assessments and nutritional counseling.
We also have adjacent to the salon, a training/aerobic room where we teach Metabolic training, kickboxing classes, Zumba, Body Works, Reactive training, cycling, yoga and more.
Our trainers are all certified and very qualified to teach. Our classes are lots of fun and don’t even feel like workouts!
